Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to drive data-informed decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs for web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in user research techniques (interviews, usability testing)
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for effective collaboration
