Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design systems implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on data
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and maintain design consistency
- Create comprehensive design documentation including style guides, interaction patterns, and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critiques to elevate team capabilities
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to push design innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 3+ complex digital products
- Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Expertise in user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems
- Experience with agile development processes and designOps best practices
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
