Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our internal Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Present design proposals and iterate based on feedback to achieve the best possible user outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
