Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across 50+ digital products
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critique sessions
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 15+ shipped products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong background in user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience designing for complex SaaS platforms and high-traffic consumer applications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience
