Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design requirements
- Create compelling design documentation and present solutions to stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence within the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience in user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
