Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes from research to final implementation
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes in Figma
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems for scalable UI consistency
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design rationale to stakeholders using compelling storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design systems
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for design-to-code collaboration
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience mentoring designers and facilitating design critiques
