Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Develop and maintain our comprehensive design system and component library
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Stay current with emerging design trends and industry innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field
