Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and user journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Background in A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
