Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Create comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical feasibility and design constraints
- Develop user journey maps and interaction flows that optimize conversion and retention
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 15+ shipped products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Strong visual design skills with mastery of typography, color theory, and interaction patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience
