Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for complex web and mobile applications
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry trend research to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component-based workflows
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
