Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation to implementation for mobile/web applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and quality execution
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
