Responsibilities
- Lead user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design strategies
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience designing for responsive web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Proven ability to articulate design decisions through user-centered rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
