Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Advocate for the user voice within the organization, influencing product strategy and feature prioritization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex product designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and information architecture.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
