Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems with rigorous component libraries and interaction patterns
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing workshops
- Present design rationale to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
- Stay current with emerging design trends and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B/SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (Principle/Protopie)
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to create design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in agile development environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping
- Certification in UX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation)
