Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
- Develop responsive UI designs for web and mobile platforms ensuring accessibility compliance
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable designs
- Experience working in agile environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
