Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and translate complex business requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions
- Create pixel-perfect prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver seamless user journeys
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and measurable impact
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
