Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for enterprise web and mobile applications
- Develop user-centered design solutions through research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
