Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to drive data-driven decisions
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design specifications
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript for design handoff collaboration
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
