Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile platforms, from research to final implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, interactive mockups, and design systems using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical excellence
- Develop comprehensive design documentation including style guides, interaction patterns, and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate on designs based on performance metrics
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous design process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with engineering teams
