Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end design strategies for multi-platform digital products.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Facilitate user research sessions and translate qualitative findings into actionable wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of front-end designs.
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders and clients.
- Lead design reviews and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to iterate and optimize existing user flows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and complex interaction design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced auto-layout, components, and variables.
- Strong grasp of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into elegant and intuitive user interfaces.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present design rationale to C-suite executives.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
