Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to launch, ensuring high-fidelity visual standards and pixel-perfect execution.
- Develop and maintain our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, functional designs.
- Present design concepts and defend creative choices to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a tech startup or high-growth environment.
- A strong, portfolio-driven showcase of successful product launches and design systems.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers effectively.
