Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to prototyping using Figma and Adobe XD

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for stakeholder presentations

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual systems
- Proficiency in user research methods, wireframing, and information architecture
- Understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS basics)
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Ability to articulate design decisions through user data and business goals
