Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive user experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design and visual systems
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
