Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external clients with confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced interaction design skills.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices effectively.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
