Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize digital experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with proven portfolio of SaaS products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience conducting user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development constraints
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and business impact
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
