Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from wireframing and concepting to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate product concepts.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centric solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external clients with confidence and clarity.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity UI work and user-centric problem-solving.
- Excellent understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Experience with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
