Responsibilities

- Conduct competitor analysis and industry trend research to identify innovation opportunities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and problem-solving capabilities
