Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget forecasting with precision.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical debt to ensure successful milestones.
- Maintain clear, concise documentation and reporting for C-level leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in SDLC processes and delivery efficiency.
- Coordinate release management activities and production deployment schedules.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software-defined environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Proven ability to manage remote or distributed teams effectively.
