Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software products, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and implement Scrum/Kanban methodologies for optimal team performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget controls and quality standards
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams, executive leadership, and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tooling
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate high-performing team cultures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or technology environments
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with certifications (CSM, PMP, or similar)
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision making and forecasting
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional global projects
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, and other PMIS tools
