Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional software projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget tracking with precision.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to keep teams unblocked.
- Bridge communication gaps between technical engineering squads and non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements to enhance team velocity and product quality.
- Report project status, KPIs, and roadmap updates to executive leadership on a regular cadence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies; PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing distributed or hybrid remote teams.
- Exceptional proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management roadmapping tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
