Responsibilities
- Design and deploy comprehensive, multi-layered security architectures across hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Lead complex threat modeling exercises and perform rigorous risk assessments on critical product pipelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate 'Security by Design' principles into the CI/CD lifecycle.
- Architect and oversee the deployment of Zero Trust identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Manage incident response strategy and oversee high-level forensic investigations for critical security events.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge security technologies to maintain a competitive defensive posture.
- Mentor security engineers and influence organizational security policy development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in information security, with at least 4 years focused on security architecture.
- Deep understanding of cloud security paradigms and container orchestration security (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Professional certifications are highly preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Certified Security).
- Expertise in cryptographic protocols, network security, and vulnerability management methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate complex security risks into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of handling high-pressure security environments.
