You will be the architect of our execution strategy, ensuring complex roadmaps move from concept to deployment with precision and velocity.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex software engineering initiatives from planning to production.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget forecasting with high transparency.
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum processes to enhance team velocity and product quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates on risks, timelines, and milestones.
- Mentor junior project coordinators and promote a culture of operational excellence.
- Conduct retrospective meetings to foster continuous improvement and process automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within an Agile environment.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software development projects.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management tooling.
- PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on executive reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup culture.
