- Create interactive data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and custom D3.js solutions
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model deployment
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or Quantitative field with 5+ years experience
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL with database optimization skills
- Proven track record deploying production ML models on AWS/GCP with containerization
- Deep understanding of statistical inference, experimental design, and causal analysis
- Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop) and real-time data processing
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
