Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software engineering projects within defined timelines.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, technical debt, and cross-departmental conflicts.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide actionable progress reports to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
- Mentor junior project team members to foster a high-performance team culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing C-suite expectations.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
