Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks before they impact project health.
- Communicate project status, performance metrics, and key updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage inter-team dependencies within a distributed organization to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
- Mentor junior project coordinators and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the SaaS or enterprise software sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification strongly preferred.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Monday.com.
- Strong technical literacy; ability to communicate effectively with software engineers, architects, and QA teams.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
