Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical project lifecycles, from conceptualization to deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and executive stakeholders.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure velocity and quality.
- Identify project bottlenecks and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to keep timelines on track.
- Manage resource allocation and project budgets to ensure optimal utilization of cross-departmental assets.
- Champion process improvements that enhance team productivity and streamline development workflows.
- Prepare and present high-level project status reports and performance metrics to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the SaaS or enterprise software sector.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification strongly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Notion.
- Demonstrated success leading distributed teams through complex software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
