Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex technical software projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and QA teams using Agile methodologies.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent status reporting and data-driven insights.
- Establish and maintain best practices for project governance and documentation to ensure organizational scalability.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement creative solutions to optimize team velocity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the software development industry.
- Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
