Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Identify, document, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Monitor and report on project health, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
- Foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement and high-quality output.
- Implement and optimize project management methodologies to enhance operational throughput.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies; PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional, remote, or hybrid teams.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills in high-pressure settings.
