Responsibilities
- Drive the full lifecycle of complex technical projects from initiation through deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Own the project roadmap, providing clear visibility to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for high-priority initiatives.
- Promote process improvements to increase engineering velocity and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management within a software environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
- PMP or CSM certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
