Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively.
- Communicate project status, roadmap updates, and roadblocks to key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within engineering teams.
- Manage resource allocation and project budgets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine backlogs and define release schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Project Management or similar roles.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- PMP or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
