You will act as the bridge between cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery, high-quality standards, and scalable outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception to deployment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain high velocity.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and bottlenecks to ensure project continuity.
- Manage resource allocation and budget forecasting to align with corporate financial targets.
- Report progress, milestones, and KPIs to executive stakeholders through high-level dashboards and presentations.
- Champion process improvements and adopt industry-standard project management methodologies across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Exceptional proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, and productivity suites.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward data-driven decision-making.
