Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical software projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product management teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and drive continuous process improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparent, high-level status reporting.
- Mitigate project risks and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Own the project budget, timeline, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically within software development.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC and modern engineering workflows (CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical requirements into business objectives.
