Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development and cloud infrastructure projects.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across engineering, product design, and executive leadership through transparent reporting.
- Identify, mitigate, and track project risks, bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies.
- Define and track key performance metrics, such as team velocity and release quality, to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for multiple parallel workstreams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced software engineering environment.
- Proven track record of delivering SaaS products, API integrations, or cloud migration initiatives.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Expert-level proficiency with Agile project management tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
