Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams to meet rigorous deadlines.
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2.5M, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct regular executive-level stakeholder briefings, providing transparent reporting on project health, milestones, and ROI.
- Proactively identify, document, and mitigate project risks and technical bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines.
- Champion the continuous improvement of internal PMO processes and mentor junior project coordinators.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management within a high-growth SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Proven track record of managing full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects from inception to launch.
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is strictly required.
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced portfolio roadmapping tools like Aha! or Monday.com.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership.
