Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing effective mitigation strategies to keep timelines on track.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal team productivity without compromising quality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and actionable status updates.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster continuous improvement.
- Ensure technical documentation, project artifacts, and reporting tools are maintained to high standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies; PMP or CSM certification is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate fluently with software developers and architects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for translating technical complexity into business value.
- Proficiency with modern project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
