Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure team velocity.
- Manage project budgets, resource forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Identify, document, and manage technical risks and blockers with proactive mitigation strategies.
- Provide transparent reporting to executive stakeholders on project health and KPIs.
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous process improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software engineering environment.
- Active PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification required.
- Deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, and project management SaaS tools.
- Strong technical background with an ability to communicate architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience managing remote or distributed teams.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software products on time and under budget.
