Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle, from conceptualization and scope definition to final deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure high-performance team output.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across executive, product, and engineering divisions.
- Identify, document, and proactively mitigate technical and operational risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and track project KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational OKRs and strategic objectives.
- Champion agile methodologies and advocate for best practices in continuous integration and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical project management within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana with a proven track record of optimizing workflow efficiency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and modern engineering delivery models.
