Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex software development projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success metrics.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and proactively resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks.
- Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal team productivity and project velocity.
- Translate intricate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps for engineering teams.
- Monitor and report on project KPIs to senior leadership with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS environment.
- PMP or CSM certification highly preferred.
- Deep proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus in a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on technical clarity.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and project timelines exceeding $1M.
