Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for high-visibility enterprise software products.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum processes to increase team velocity and output quality.
- Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, executing effective mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Project Management or a similar engineering leadership role.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven success in delivering complex software solutions.
- Deep proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong technical background with the ability to bridge the gap between abstract requirements and technical execution.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly desirable.
