Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional software projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and technical bottlenecks.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal team velocity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Maintain clear, transparent reporting to executive stakeholders regarding project health and KPIs.
- Champion process improvements to streamline development cycles and enhance delivery quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflow customization.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, project schedules, and complex technical dependencies.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
